Nice menu with daily specials. The waitperson was helpful, patient and polite. It is a smaller restaurant and thankfully the tables are not crammed in. Background music was at a nice level with decent tunes.
Pint of Carlsburg was nice, nicer than I had in some town pubs.
Food was hot, tasty and plentiful at a reasonable price. Biscuit cake for pudding was different to anything I have tasted.
Given wipes for my fingers, as well.
Finally, NO added service charge, totally up to you how much of a tip you leave.

Very chilled today. I ordered a gluten free breakfast with black coffee which was very nice and not on the menu. Very flexible for the gluten free requirement and the coffee was the best I have had on Jersey!

This beef stroganoff is delicious. The café is small but has a wide variety of food. Just note that the special menu will not be served until lunch at 11 a.m

OMG! What a find. Restaurant/cafe split in 2. Do not let this put you off! Started with snails, not what I'm used too but really enjoyed it. Main meal, beef espitada and beef & prawn edpitada. Served with milho. This was 1 of tge best meals i have had in ages. Prices are very very reasonable. I will recommend this place to everyone! Well done!

Whilst the place was quiet for dine in, there appeared to be a good local take out trade-not to the detriment of the eat in service. Desserts were lovely and appeared home made like the mains. The food is great, homemade and delicious. The prices are really good (especially for Jersey) comparing with the BIG quantity on the plate. The people are lovely. What else can I say ?? I love this place 🫶🏽

We've been on the island for 4 days, had breakfast in 4 cafes and this is the best! Tasty bacon, sausage and hash browns. Much better than the bland mush some places serve you. Lovely staff and friendly atmosphere. Totally recommended!
Had the Salt cod fish pie. So delicious. £12 with side. Enough left for a doggy bag

Petisco is Portuguese for snack bar, but this place takes it up a level because of the quality of food it serves. Nothing pretentious at all, just high grade food and friendly prompt service. A hidden treat
